The organisation is fast paced and furiously innovative, and the process of change is key to its continued and accelerated success.
Virgin Money tasked us, in partnership with a number of Associates, to author and produce what would be known as the ‘Book of Change’.
This was to be the bible for change – a step-by-step guide on how change is delivered at Virgin Money.
It was critical that the Book could be used and understood by anybody - irrespective of their level of knowledge in change management. It was to be accesible online, in order to cater for the multi-site nature of the business, and it was to be updated internally.
Working closely with the Virgin Money Business Change Team, and within a stringent three-month schedule, we set about illustrating the change process, designing the governanace documents and moderating copy within it. As well as developing the digital platform it would be deployed from.
The Book of Change uses a mix of digital technologies in order to make it accessible to all involved in the process of change within the organisation, as well as giving Virgin Money editorial ownership of the document.
